These terms apply to the Send Email Today WordPress/WooCommerce SMTP plugin, website, documentation, support, dashboards, and related services.

2. The Service

3. Account Setup and Access

You must provide accurate store, site, and email details during setup. You are responsible for keeping your WordPress administrator account secure and for ensuring that only authorised people can access the plugin settings.

The service is intended for legitimate WordPress and WooCommerce site email. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if details are false, misleading, abusive, or used to evade these terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

6. Free Plugin

Send Email Today is offered as a free SMTP plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce email. We may add, change, or remove features over time, but we will not charge a per-email fee for the free SMTP features described on this website.

You are responsible for any costs from your own hosting provider, domain provider, mailbox provider, WordPress environment, WooCommerce extensions, or other third-party services you choose to use with your store.

7. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party infrastructure including hosting providers, database providers, email infrastructure, WordPress, WooCommerce, browsers, mailbox providers, and internet networks. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control, including spam filtering, provider downtime, incorrect email addresses, or outages affecting third-party services.

8. Availability and Email Delivery

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every email will be delivered, read, or delivered at a specific time. Delivery may depend on mailbox providers, recipient settings, domain configuration, spam filtering, hosting reliability, and message content.

9. Data Protection

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or if continued service becomes impractical due to provider, legal, or technical reasons.

12. Liability
