How do I install it on my WordPress site?

Search for Casa Mail in your WordPress admin under Plugins, Add New, then click Install and Activate. The plugin is listed in the official WordPress plugin directory at wordpress.org/plugins/casa-mail/ and updates automatically through WordPress.org. A manual ZIP install is also available for managed hosts that block plugin search.

Is the plugin listed on WordPress.org?

What is Casa Webmail?

On Growth and higher you get one or more branded mailboxes hosted at webmail.onlinestorenotifications.com (or on your own domain). It's a real inbox with Maildir storage where you can read and reply to customer emails from a clean web UI, signed by the platform's DKIM. No third-party Gmail forwarding.

Can support staff check what was sent?

Yes. Email logs help store teams confirm recent sends and answer customer questions faster.

Can my customers reply to order emails?

Yes. Each store gets its own inbox during onboarding (for example acmestore@onlinestorenotifications.com). Customer replies route to that inbox and auto-forward to your contact email at no extra cost.

Can my emails come from my own domain?

Yes. From the Sender Domain page in the plugin you can switch to your own domain by publishing three DNS entries (DKIM, SPF, Return-Path). Once verified, customer emails go from your-inbox@yourdomain.com and Gmail no longer shows a "via" line.

Why does Gmail show "via onlinestorenotifications.com" next to the sender name?

On the shared sender, your emails are signed by onlinestorenotifications.com so Gmail surfaces that as the technical sender. It is not an error - your store name is still in the From field. Switch to your own domain on the Sender Domain page to remove the "via" chrome entirely.

What is the free monthly sending limit?

10,000 emails per month, available in full from the moment you verify your account. There is no ramp-up period. A 500/day cap also applies as a soft burst limit to protect deliverability.

Will deliverability improve compared to default WordPress mail?

Yes. Default WordPress mail uses your hosting server's IP which is usually shared with other unrelated sites. Send Email Today routes through a dedicated warmed IP pool with bounce handling, complaint suppression and reputation monitoring built in.
